Sound Film Collaboration w/ Dani Leventhal & Sheilah Wilson @Whitney Biennial 2017 Film Program

As part of the Whitney Biennial Film program, Dani Leventhal and Sheilah Wilson will screen Strangely Ordinary This Devotion, with sound by Bonnie Jones.

Dani Leventhal’s films make palpable the emotional life of disparate animate and inanimate worlds. Using both scripted and found source material, Leventhal creates complex layers of meaning through montage, rendering micro-narratives of mortality and desire.

Tickets are required ($12 adults, students, and seniors; free for members). Doors open thirty minutes before the program begins. Ticket holders are guaranteed admission until the start of the program, at which time any unclaimed seats will be released.
